Interview
The interview was short no more than 15 minutes. Basic questions about myself and questions such as recalling a time I worked with someone else to accomplish a goal. I was hired on the spot and met with HR immediately after. There was no drug test for Fenway Target. $13 an hour.

Online application was convenient and the interview process was straight forward and to the point. I was given harder than ordinary interview questions by the interview, which they disclosed afterwards, but that was because my interview was witnessed by a manager-in-training. As long as your interview does not include a manager-in-training witness, expect the interview process to be easy.
