You go through this excruciating touch-screen process. Then, if approved, I guess, you get interviewed right there on the spot. They stress you are not an "employee," rather you are a team member..... aka an employee. You ask about pay and then they insult you.... unless this is a bottom-of-the-barrel attempt for you. I've also heard about the (now famous) anti-union video you have to watch. I didn't get that far in the process because I said no thank you but that place has good reason to spread fear about anything that may raise the wages of the people working there. With the low wages they pay, that place would only improve with better pay for the workers (morale is less than great often times I hear).
