It started with a quick interview with a recriuter followed up by a formal interview later that same day. Both of these where done over the phone. Next was an assessment test followed by another phonew interview with the district manager. Then I was asked to come down to Miami from Alabama to interview with the district manager and the HR business partner. I recieved an EMAIL a week later sating they had gone in a different direction.

Interviewed 4 rounds, was transparent each time about being available to start asap, looking for immediate employment etc. At the end of the 4th interview, I was told there was no opening for the role I was applying for, but they were willing to hire someone for the bench, but "only if they were the right fit," but they also were not in any hurry. I asked why this wasn't disclosed earlier, and they did not have an answer. A week after my final interview, I received an automated rejection letter. I would have hoped after 4 rounds of interviews, that I could have received personalized feedback regarding the decision, but I was not given that courtesy.
