Interview
The first job interview attended was fairly pre-planned. There was pretty much a guide that an interviewer will read from. The general situation questions are the most common ones asked. It is expected to have some correlation with job experience, if you have none try to use school related experiences. The second interview is supposed to be with a store team leader, but I never actually had this interview. It is more or less, someone double checking you are smart enough for the job. Then there will be a job offer or a notification that they will not be offering a job at this time. Generally, most people will make it through. They now have a phone interview phase as well.

It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.
