The hiring process is quite fun, stressful, and fast. The interview process however was very very long. Before we even talk about the interview, make sure you groomed and dressed well and for the men, shave. Be sure to be early, always keep in mind of traffic when you go. When I arrived I was shown to the break room where I waited to be interviewed. My name was soon called and I got an interview with a Team Leader who asked questions about my work experience. After completing the first interview, I'm shown to the break room once again and shown a quick video of how target works. My name is called once again where I am interviewed with I believe a Executive Team Leader. Similar questions like the last interviewer but they decided to add more situational questions. Soon after completing my interview with him I have to go back one last time to get an interview with the final person. The last person was the Store Team Leader which whom was really easy to get along with. After my interview with them, I was told to come in a another day to do my drug testing.
