I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Fairfax, VA) in Jul 2017
Interview
Very laid back and straightforward, they just ask about your related experience and give you an overview of the job and look at your availability. They might offer you higher pay with previous related experience. My interviewer was very polite and cordial, and Target has great people on their HR staff. Don't be intimidated, nearly everyone has worked there in some form. It's not a bad place to look for work.

One interview with HR team lead after submitting application online - she asked about my interest in beauty, background experience etc. I was offered the job at end of interview.

The HR team lead asked me questions about my prior work history, my interest in why I was applying for the beauty position. Just one interview and I was offered the position on-site.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2019
Interview
Two interview rounds with almost the same questions. They mainly asked about my previous job and my availability. I currently work another part time job so I think that kinda turned them away. Perfect for someone with open availability. They usually hire on the spot but told me i'd get an email response
