I applied online for one of the new Canadian stores. I was contacted a few weeks later to attend a job fair style interview. There was a lot of waiting around in a small waiting room, and one by one we were called into a room full of tables with interviews going on. We did an initial interview, and then we did a second one after. Following the 2 interviews, they called us again and told us to wait 2 weeks for the results.

A customer is buying something for a certain price but insists that it was listed at a cheaper price. What would you do?
They then proceeded to ask me:
-What if there was a long lineup behind them?
-What if none of your coworkers were picking up when you paged them?
The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.
It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.

This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!
