will interview with one person and if they like you they pass you along to interview with the manager over the department. Overall a longer interview process with behavioral type questions.
Thes best like how’s that going for the boys and girls and boys in your house I don’t think it’s going to work out for you I think you should go ahead with the other two because you don’t have a car to go with the kids so I think it’s better for them if they don’t go

It is a 2 interview process. The first interview is through HireVue, an online platform where you are asked 6 scenario questions and record a video of yourself answering. The second interview is in person with the ETL or Store Director.
