They give you call to ask if you are interested in an interview. You then head to the store and talk with a store manager in the backroom. If he/she likes what they hear about you, they will give you the job

i filled out the application and received a virtual interview offer shortly after. i was then called a few days later and offered a position on the electronics team despite that not being what i applied for. accepted anyway

Fill out the on-line form and got called for an interview. They sit you down and ask easy enough questions. This was at this point many years ago. Glassdoor just makes you do a review to see things and this one is neutral enough.
