Interview
I came in for an interview during a hiring event for a seasonal sales associate position. They handed me an application which only took 10-15 minutes to complete. After I gave them back the applictaion the HR lady took me to the break room where me and 3 other applicants were waiting to be called for our interview. The people conducting the interviews were diiferent, it wasnt the same person doing all the interviews, it varied depending on your department you applied for. The lady that did my interview was young she was so sweet, she complemented my shoes lol, and she asked me about my day before proceeding to ask the interview questions. She was very relatable and it wasn't like speaking to a robot just reading off of the script they are given. After the questions were over she told me right on the spot that she liked me and gave me the job within minutes. The process didn't take long at all and hour at most. She gave me papers to sign and asked me for my availability. After that she told me when to come in for my tour and orientation (which was a group thing), then she gave me a temporary schedule to know when to come in for my training. It was very simple and quick.

You had to do a recorded interview and then a manager will reach out to complete a job offer. I really a fast process from the time of my application to interview.

pretty easy, they just wanted to fill the job so it was fairly standard. had you talk to a person, then led you to another room offering the position. i declined because we could not pick the schedule
