I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Target (North Charleston, SC) in May 2019
Interview
I was contacted for an interview with target on May 21st and went for the interview on the 27th. I went to the interview on this past Monday it and it lasted over 30mins. The HR manager was very friendly and personable went over employment history and was asked STAR questions. I was then transferred to the store director for final interview and was extended offer the same day and accepted it. I provided a neutral response for the interview because after I was told I would be contacted and I was the next day was unable to answer right then no voicemail was left . I then attempted to follow up same day and left a message for callback. No response . I attempted to follow up again the day after that no response. As of today I feel I am being given the run around and have not heard anything no email or call.

Discuss a time you had to work as a team to meet a deadline?
Good interview and questions, enjoyed it. Interviewer was nice and good listener, seemed like they wanted to fill the position. It was a quick 30 minute interview. Only a two step process.
Very thorough interview they asked a lot of questions and they tried to also get to know you as well taking the time to go over the target history and so forth.
the interview was all virtual, done via my laptop, with two opportunities to answer each question. The interview recordings were timed, and I never actually spoke to an actual recruiter. It was interesting.
