Applied online, called for an interview later that day. There was a basic computer questionnaire upon first arriving. All logically, common sense questions. The interview was pretty standard. Conducted by the two TL from each department I was applying. It was actually pretty relaxed. After they finished, the HR asked the same questions and the ETL. Was offered the job.
Also they only give 24 hours from time of interview to do drug test, so make sure to leave time if you are expected to receive an offer.

The question was what to do on a price when a customer is refers to a different one then listed. Most people would call for a price check but their store policy is to allow if reasonable, or to call GSTL.
The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.
This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!

It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.
