I applied at the store and got a call back a few days later and had a phone interview within 3 days after that. Phone interview on a monday and called back later on same day for interview for the next day but had to reschedule for a wednesday for the face to face interview. Waited for a call back and got a call the next monday for a job offer. It wasn't a horrible interview process. Everyone is really nice and laid back. Just smile and be positive. They really emphasize team work and will want to know what you can bring to them. They want to know why target?

When did you have to finish a team project where one of the team members didn't know what to do? What did you do? And what was the outcome?
I don't remember it verbatim but it went along those lines. They want to know how you can be organized and in control in a hard situation and how you communicate with others.
The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.
This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!

It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.
