I was interviewed by someone the same age as me "early twenties". Was asked some pretty generic stupid questions that were almost way to specific to come up with a extravagant answer on the spot. I have years of retail and and customer service experience... I feel like these questions had nothing to show for my work ethic personality or reliability. I feel like I didn't get the job just because the girl was young and didn't like me?? I didn't get a second interview so I am assuming I didn't get the position.

Something along the lines of think of a time where you had to encourage someone to hurry up on the work they were supposed to do?
You had to do a recorded interview and then a manager will reach out to complete a job offer. I really a fast process from the time of my application to interview.
get a email stating time simple walk in questions about why you are fit for the job why did you choose the job, room with other people but one on one interview
pretty easy, they just wanted to fill the job so it was fairly standard. had you talk to a person, then led you to another room offering the position. i declined because we could not pick the schedule
