Group interview and you all get hired immediately, you just tell them what you want to do in Target. So it was super easy, Im super shy so I didn't talk much and I still got hired. It was a lot of joking around. It was my first interview and they hardly asked me questions. I was there for 6 hours tho in there breakroom waiting for them to call us in for an interview. SO i Watched a hole lot of family matters
It was two interviews. The first one was a recorded interview for 15 minutes and the second interview was in person. The questions were very similar. It is common questions that they would ask for being in retail.
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
