Interview
Overall a very easy and welcoming experience. Applied online and was emailed in 3 days to schedule an interview. The first interview was very standard, what is your experience? why target? and then 4 situation/behavior questions. The interviewer asked about availability, and told me I was ready for a second interview. Never received a call or email in the time he said, so I called to follow up, got my second interview scheduled for the next day and was offered the job!!

Question 1
When was a time you successfully sold or promoted a product to someone?
It was two interviews. The first one was a recorded interview for 15 minutes and the second interview was in person. The questions were very similar. It is common questions that they would ask for being in retail.
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
