Applied online, got an email to schedule an interview, walked into the job fair and was seated in a waiting room. Got called in and had an interview with two people, one asked the questions and the other wrote down my responses; asked about your background, strengths/weaknesses, availability, a few questions about "tell me about a time when you..., what did you do.., what was the result..". Was then lead back to the waiting room. Got called in again for second interview by one person. The questions were similar to the ones asked in the first interview and behavioural questions; what would you do? Then was lead back to the waiting room. The person who interviewed me came back and said that they had everything they needed and that I was done and they would contact me in two weeks.
The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.
This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!

It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.
