When I was hired in 2018, they had done everything on paper still before modernizing the store. It was very easy and inviting when I first applied and the process only took 4 days for me to get interviewed and start working.

Interview
Hiring and interview process is ok but my training was not there I kinda just had to sink or swim. The other managers can be really harsh and condescending. You have to be a strong willed and stubborn person to work here for more than a year.
Phone interview. The hiring manager asked me about my strengths and weakness. They also asked me how I resolved a difficult work situation as a manager. They asked what I wanted to get payed, and that was the end of the interview.
