I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target in Aug 2013
Interview
First is the phone interview. If they like you, they'll call you back. and so they did. I got there 10 minutes earlier which is good. Sat down in the waiting area. Someone called my name and the one who interviewed me was really nice and laid back. Most of the questions are situational and I came prepared THANKS TO GLASSDOOR and other resources. Also, they asked me about my availability. He told me weekends are the ones that they needed the most people. What I have to say is that you should always smile and be very bubbly. I was shocked because usually after the first interview, they tell you to go back again and wait but what happened to mine is that he just suddenly gave me the job on spot. Going to get the drug test tomorrow and wait for the results. I believe they were impressed. ALWAYS SMILE ALRIGHT BELIEVE ME.

This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!

Question 1
Tell us about a time when you had to interact with customers
It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.
