Interview
It was my first interview and I didn't expect questions like different senarios. There were a lot of questions like how I handled difficult situations and how I engage in teamwork. I was nervous and I could not answer properly.
It was two interviews. The first one was a recorded interview for 15 minutes and the second interview was in person. The questions were very similar. It is common questions that they would ask for being in retail.
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
