Interview
I was called for a phone interview with HR, and from there scheduled an in-person interview with a Front End manager. I also passed that phase, and immediately had an interview with a store manager I believe. Immediately after that interview I was hired on the spot and scheduled my orientation.

Question 1
They ask you if you would be comfortable asking people if they would like a store credit or debit card. This is a huge deal to management.
It was two interviews. The first one was a recorded interview for 15 minutes and the second interview was in person. The questions were very similar. It is common questions that they would ask for being in retail.
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
