I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target
Interview
I applied online and was called to set up an interview just a few days later. I went to the interview and the had me call a number and answer a few questions for their taxes. Then I sat and watched a video on customer service till I was called back for my first interview. Once I was done with the interview I then had another interview right after. They ask you a few of the same questions, so it was a lot easier the second time around. When I was done with the second interview, they brought me into a room and I was hired on the spot. All I had to do was pass a drug test and background check. Also, not sure if all targets are the same but the interview was held in a big room with multiple tables, and multiple interviews going on.

A customer was looking for a size 3 shoe for her son, but when you go back to look it was out. What would you do?
It was two interviews. The first one was a recorded interview for 15 minutes and the second interview was in person. The questions were very similar. It is common questions that they would ask for being in retail.
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
