Applied online. Was called in for an initial interview in person, though I hear they do the first interview by phone now. After completion of the initial interview I waited a few minutes and had a second interview with the store manager. Shortly after that I was called into a room with the GR person and they presented an offer.

Fill out the on-line form and got called for an interview. They sit you down and ask easy enough questions. This was at this point many years ago. Glassdoor just makes you do a review to see things and this one is neutral enough.
