I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target (Rohnert Park, CA) in Jul 2020
Interview
They take you into a private room and ask you a couple questions. Virtually painless process.
The whole front end reeked of negativity. I came into store waiting in the front for the HR person to come get me and every single person working the front end was complaining stating how they didn’t want to be there. No one was smiling or happy, and or nice. Seemed like a toxic work environment.
Unfortunately the toxicity infiltrated all the way up to the top. The woman who performed my interview was very rude towards the end and seemed irritated. I misunderstood one questions and asked her to repeat and her tone changed and was very aggressive and rude.
Had to pass on the position.

Question 1
A costumer looks like they’re in a hurry, from this you can conclude that they are..
Super easy it consists of a couple of questions and you record yourself answering them. So I would say it was pretty easy I would recommend it. I would also say that they tend to respond very quick to applications but I guess it depends when they are short staff

It’s an online interview with a set of easy questions and it’s straight forward and easy to answer and doesn’t take too long maybe like 20 minutes and you hear back fast

Interview
The whole process was automated by the system. I got the interview invitation (recording interview) by automatic message. And after a while I received the offer by phone call. (no offer mail by written format)
I inquired about the other branch transferring system, and I got rejected because of my inquiry.
