Awful! I was hired a week after my interview. They don't take any time factor into consideration. I showed up 15 minutes early, they took me in 20 minutes past my scheduled time. The HR person was so scattered during the process. They called me in to let me know I got the job, only to tell me they forgot they had scheduled an appointment with me. There were phone calls back and forth for over a month with bits of information. After a months time, the head of HR called wondering why I hadn't started work yet...his partner in HR was so scattered she couldn't get me in for a training therefore couldn't get me on the schedule. During the time I took another part time job, because Target would never say schedule they needed or how many hours they would require. Not knowing if I would ever start at Target's Pharmacy, I accepted another part time job, was told on one of the many phone calls that I was going to do this leaving me only 2-4 days to put in 18-20 hours at Target's pharmacy. I was told this was not a problem by the pharmacist, then went rounds to get training. After the head of HR called inquiring why so many changes, I told him that since they couldn't get through a hiring process and hold to anything that was said, I would no longer be interested in the position. If you could actually speak to the pharmacist during any of the process after interviewing or have an hr person that has time management along with proper skill sets to take the job to completion, I think it would be a great job! Unfortunately, I did not have this experience.
