Interview
You will have an on site interview at a career fair. Many behavioral and situational bases questions. Fortunately you're essentially asked the same questions at each level. You then have a phone interview followed by a series of on site interviews with each level of management. You'll be expected to drive as far as necessary to get to these interviews that may be as little as fifteen minutes. Come prepared by reviewing common behavioral and or situational questions. Also be ready to tell them why you want to work for them.
