Interview
Brief, and uncomfortable. Manager never made eye contact with me, and only read off a script. Didn’t even greet me when I walked in the room. I understand you’re interviewing lots of people but it made me not want to work there if that’s how the interview is, I can only imagine how working there goes.
It was two interviews. The first one was a recorded interview for 15 minutes and the second interview was in person. The questions were very similar. It is common questions that they would ask for being in retail.
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
