Went to the career fair and was invited to an interview on campus.
When i first went to interview i had an interview with a store team lead. After i passed her interview i went to the second round interviews with another target member. They all asked behavioral based questions. It was a positive experience. The people seemed friendly.

It was a two step interview process. Personable and you are able to interview with not only your direct managers but theirs as well. Provides transparency into your new team. My interview was virtual because I was moving to the area, but I'm sure they do in person for local folks.
