Interview
I went through two interviews back to back by two different LODs. They told me they would call me. I was pretty confident I got the job but I had to be persistent with calling back to check on my interview because no one called me. Turns out the HR person was working at another store so she neglected her own hiring duties at her store which left me in limbo but she did at least apologize.

Interview
Video interview. Recorded answers through interview portal. There was about 7 questions and they allow a couple redoes. and time to think about the questions asked. The response time is pretty quick also. Applied and got interview within the week.
It was three steps. I had a virtual interview online and then I had a in person interview about 3 to 5 days later once I was approved for my online interview. I was interviewed with two other managers and the questions weren’t really bad or more, so how I could contribute to the team.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Target
Interview
Very easy interview. There were a lot of questions but I wouldn't say any of the questions where out of the ordinary. They were actually rather friendly during the interview and if you needed a second to think they didn't mind. They much rather you give good answers then just basic ones. If you have never had a work experience relating to the question then just use a personal experience/school one.
