It was a one on one interview, although I have heard others having a group interview with certain scenarios, heavily dependant on the managements present. Very simple customer service questions
Very easy, went it and practically was handed the job after answering some very basic questions on what customer service means to me. After a one on one interview, we went onto a group interview but was very informal and good to meet the people i would be working with
