Interview
Eight hours of interviews and psychological evaluations. Pretty grueling and not very fun. It really doesn't matter though if you know someone there. If you have an in, you're chances are high. Don't apply for more than 3 positions or you will be blacklisted by HR and then they won't even consider you. Also for technical positions they have someone call you with technical expertise that grades you.

The questions are scenario/roll-playing based and scripted. The interview process becomes very informal that way. It's like you are taking a test instead of really getting to know the people or position. Often you get asked the same question or a version of the same question by different people. Wasn't a helpful experience.

Very comprehensive interview process. Focuses on behavioral based interviewing style (e.g. "tell me about a time when you..."). For most HQ professional positions, there will also be a series of tests to help build a profile on skills, reasoning, and psych profile.
