Interview
Pretty easy. I applied online. I had to keep calling them and do a lot of follow up. Then they finally called me asked if I can come in two days later. I dressed up in business attire. They had me meet with a team leader. Then I met with a Executive Team Leader. That interview went fairly easy. Asked me questions like why I think that I would fit with Target.
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
It was interesting. Not hard at all, straightforward, and pretty open people. It was an okay interview and what you’d typically expect. So don’t stress stress it, I mean kinda try your best
