I was given an invitation for a video interview. After recording my responses, I was called after a few days. I was asked a few more questions before being offered the position.

Describe a time you had a difficult situation occur and how you overcame it
Fill out application. Add resume. Have video interview. Pretty straightforward. They allow time to practice a few times before you submit, which helps if you get nervous easily. The option to not see yourself while answering helped me.
Super easy it consists of a couple of questions and you record yourself answering them. So I would say it was pretty easy I would recommend it. I would also say that they tend to respond very quick to applications but I guess it depends when they are short staff

What would you do if a guest asks help and your working on a timed task what do you do?
It’s an online interview with a set of easy questions and it’s straight forward and easy to answer and doesn’t take too long maybe like 20 minutes and you hear back fast
