I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target in Jun 2014
Interview
I was a cashier so I was promoted within but there is another GSA that was hired as such just before me. It was one interview with the ETL and one interview with the HR TL. The questions were all customer service driven and about your ability to motivate others to meet goals. Just focus on your ability to meet goals, motivate others to meet their goals and lead in providing a great customer service experience.

Question 1
What would you do if you didn't agree with a policy.
Very easy and straight forward. Got the job within a week and accepted offer. Orientation went smooth and was easy. Decent pay just be prepared for the holiday being hectic
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Target (Manassas, VA) in May 2018
Interview
Hired on spot, after asked questions by two associates. Both didn't really seem like they wanted to be there. Just sat down read from a paper and wrote down my responses then asked me to get started on orientation.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Target in Feb 2017
Interview
The interview process was lame and they didn't even ask work pertinent questions. It's like they don't even care if their team members are competent. Target has gone down hill.
