I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target
Interview
I went to Target because I heard that they were hiring and because they had no more applications I handed in my resume. I got a call three days later and did a phone interview. They said they would get back in 7-10 days but I got a call for days later to do an interview on the same day. I went to the interview and I came early so I waited for my appointment. I did two interviews, the first one I was asked questions like "Why choose Target?" and "Describe a situation where something went wrong what did you do to fix it?" There were other questions like "What if a customer wanted a pair of shoes but there were no pais left in that size? What would you do?" or something along the lines of that and one more I remember is "What would you do if a customer was about to crash into something you are stacking and wasn't paying attention what would you do?" She asked me about availability and she then asked me if I had any questions. They told me to wait and I met with another person and they basically asked me again why Target and if I had any questions. So three interviews in all.

Question 1
"Describe a situation where something went wrong what did you do to fix the situation?"
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
It was interesting. Not hard at all, straightforward, and pretty open people. It was an okay interview and what you’d typically expect. So don’t stress stress it, I mean kinda try your best
