I applied online and got a call a few days later for a 1:1 interview. I arrived about 15 minutes early as instructed in order to complete a short "part 2" questionnaire. I waited for around 15 minutes for the interview and they asked normal questions such as"name when you had a goal and achieved it" kinda thing. I had one interview and then another shorter one with a higher manager. She said that i would get a call in about a week saying yes or no. I got an email 2 days later with their generic rejection letter.

Loved the interview process. It was a little nervous. Had to pass two groups of people. I thought it was good questions asked. Practice before you go. Be yourself. Show your strengths. Make your weakness your strength. Give examples of your past Customer Service experience and how you helped them.
