Interview
2 phone screenings with recruiter, followed in-person interviews at HQ location. There were three in-person interviews total, each lasting 30 minutes with time at the end for candidate to ask questions. Questions and expected responses were in SBO (situation/behavior/outcome) format. Target's "preferred" interview answer is to spend 10-15% explaining the situation, 50-60% explaining the behavior, and remainder of the time explaining the outcome or result. TIP: If result was not what you expected or negative, state what you learned from the experience! You'll get good "credit" for highlight what you learned or what you would've done differently since it shows you are self-aware.

It consisted of a phone screen with HR followed by 30-minute virtual interviews with three others. Overall, the process was pretty smooth. I was surprised there was no in-person portion.
