Interview
Apllied online for a position of HR, got a call about a week later to set up time and location of interview.
What a joke!! Dressed professional which was not want I saw at the interview location. Looked more like a school day a Jr. high! Had a 1pm interview time, sat for over 45 minutes. First off, if you where under the age of 30, forget it! Mass interviewing for new store. You had to be young to be noticed or helped!! Groups of young employees standing around talking and not doing anyting. Text book interview, questions right out of the book.
Video interview followed by a phone interview (a conversation). Not everyone has to do the phone one, depends on the manager that watched your video. They are pretty friendly in person. The actual first interview was through an AI powered software.

I applied online. I interviewed at Target (Minneapolis, MN)
Interview
There were multiple interviews in the Target interview process. The people were friendly. The questions were reasonable. The process took too long so I withdrew my application. 30 word requirement is too long.
