Phone Interview was first then in person. They called within a day of submitting my application. I was working within a week. They accept mostly all applicants for in-store positions. Very Quick and Easy

Two Interviews- One with your team lead for the department you are working for and one with a general manager. They will ask about how you have handled previous conflicts with customers, how you have had to think on the spot how to solve an issue etc. They wanna hear about how you can help people and what makes you adaptable.

I was greeted by the guest services team member, the whole staff was warm and inviting, I was moved through three different interviews very quickly, with-in the first day. I guest I made a great impression, because I was hired on the spot. And all of team members were very professional.
