Standard interview process. You are set-up through a recruiter and asked to complete a profile. The recruiter will be the 1st interview. My process consisted of 4 interviews. 1st with the recruiter. 2nd with the STL. 3rd with another STL. Last one with a DTL.

Once applying you will be reached out to by a recruiter then you will typically go through 2 more interviews after the recruiter before receiving a job offer. Of those 2 interviews one is typically conducted at the store level then one will be conducted at the district level before extending a job offer.

Interviews will consist of Situation based questions
About 30 minutes long. Ask behavioral based questions. I would strongly recommend that you come up with 5 really great past work/school situations that you are proud of and find a way to use those examples in any of your answers. Also be sure to always have a tangible outcome for every answer.
