I applied online and received a call asking me to set up an interview time. They were very flexible and worked around my school schedule. When I arrived for my first round interview I did have to wait a while (almost an hour past scheduled time) to start my interview. The first round was basic questions about my resume and a few behavioral questions. They asked me to wait outside again until another employee was free to do my second round (which I didn't know about until then). The second round interview was with two interviewers (one ETL and the STL) and after asking basic questions such as why are you interested in working here, what experience do you have, why do you think you are a good fit, etc. they asked situation based questions. If I remember correctly, they provided 3 different situations and asked me to explain how I would handle it. After this they asked me to wait outside again. When I was called back in, I was offered the position. They walked me through the offer and some paperwork. The quick turnaround was really nice but I wish they were a little more upfront about how long the process would be. Luckily I was on a break, but I wasn't expecting to spend an entire afternoon interviewing.
