I applied online. I interviewed at Target (O'Fallon, IL) in Oct 2021
Interview
It was very simple and easy to follow. You will receive an invite to interview through their system after they accept your paper application. So, I just did a pre-recorded interview process and received an offer on the phone.
You have to do an online interview. They ask you questions and you have 30 seconds to prepare and then 3 takes to record an answer. You submit your answers, but once you try another attempt at recording an answer the old one is deleted. So, you don't get to choose one of the three per se.

Tell us of a time when you went above and beyond for a customer.
Very easy, and the staff was very kind. I fumbled on questions but still got hired. It was for a seasonal position. It lasted about 30 minutes. I did not need a second interview.
