Very easy and straight forward. Got the job within a week and accepted offer. Orientation went smooth and was easy. Decent pay just be prepared for the holiday being hectic

Hired on spot, after asked questions by two associates. Both didn't really seem like they wanted to be there. Just sat down read from a paper and wrote down my responses then asked me to get started on orientation.

The interview process was lame and they didn't even ask work pertinent questions. It's like they don't even care if their team members are competent. Target has gone down hill.
