Applied online and got phone call, about week later to schedule phone interview.
It was pretty simple, he was reading paper for questions. I was prepared for interview, thanks to glassdoor! Couple days later, face to face interview with higher level manager, right after watched video about Target job. It was relaxed atmosphere and she asked basic questions about customer service experience. I got job offer right then.

They asked question from the video about Target job.
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
It was interesting. Not hard at all, straightforward, and pretty open people. It was an okay interview and what you’d typically expect. So don’t stress stress it, I mean kinda try your best
