Interview
Very friendly and to the point, asked a lot of questions. Showed around the store, talked with employees and explained the work environment. Didn't leave anything out and answered all questions. No one was unfriendly or lied about what to expect.

Question 1
If I wanted to change something about my work environment, what would it be?
I applied online. I interviewed at Target in Feb 2026
Interview
Interviewed 4 rounds, was transparent each time about being available to start asap, looking for immediate employment etc. At the end of the 4th interview, I was told there was no opening for the role I was applying for, but they were willing to hire someone for the bench, but "only if they were the right fit," but they also were not in any hurry. I asked why this wasn't disclosed earlier, and they did not have an answer. A week after my final interview, I received an automated rejection letter. I would have hoped after 4 rounds of interviews, that I could have received personalized feedback regarding the decision, but I was not given that courtesy.
