Interview
First day was a tour of a Target store and warehouse where they informed us what Target was about and introducing us to existing members. the second day was the interview process. I Interviewed with three Store Team Leaders in a row for about 45 minutes each. When that process is done I heard back roughly two weeks after that I was hired.

Once applying you will be reached out to by a recruiter then you will typically go through 2 more interviews after the recruiter before receiving a job offer. About 30 minutes long. Ask behavioral based questions. I would strongly recommend that you come up with 5 really great past work/school situations that you are proud of and find a way to use those examples in any of your answers. Also be sure to always have a tangible outcome for every answer.
