They basically take you in the back and you have a few interviews with different people. That's considering you pass the application process. It's pretty laid back. They left me in the office a few times by myself to handle stuff and came back. It wasn't that hard of an interview.
It was two interviews. The first one was a recorded interview for 15 minutes and the second interview was in person. The questions were very similar. It is common questions that they would ask for being in retail.
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
