The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target (San Diego, CA) in Dec 2010
Interview
I interviewed with two people. They both asked me situational-type questions. Examples: Describe a time when you worked as part of a team? Describe a time when you had a lot to do at once. How did you handle it?
They seemed interested in promoting an individual's growth in learning new skills and with the company. Employees there seemed happy overall.
