They give you a call and set up a mutual time. Sometimes due to retail environment, they can be late on their end and it may take some time to get to your interview.

Question 1
You'll be asked about your job history, things you're 'proud' of and times when you had multiple tasks and what you failed at during them and why.
It was two interviews. The first one was a recorded interview for 15 minutes and the second interview was in person. The questions were very similar. It is common questions that they would ask for being in retail.
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
