Interview
The process is simple. you arrive and the head interviewer greets you tells you the person interviewing you will come out shortly then as the interview comes he/she greets you kindly. the interview is a bit long as they as your a lot of questions that are already printed out and ready.
Do not go in the evening as one of the last interviewed you may get a very sleepy interviewer.

Interview with a recruiter. They go over a few basic questions. If they feel as though you meet the requirements they will send you to interview with a Store Director.

The interview wasn't too hard and was mostly behavior questions rather than quantitative. I thought it was great how they were friendly the whole time and welcomed me during this process.

the first interview was a phone interview with a recruiter, the second interview was with a store manager, the third interview was with a district manager and HR person. all three interviews included lots of behavior-based questions and why you want to work at Target/what do you like about Target.
